We see this search term constantly: "Is Viagogo safe for King Baudouin Stadium?" The short answer is: It is highly risky.
Belgium has strict laws (under the FPS Economy regulations) that strictly prohibit the resale of event tickets for profit. Tickets bought on unauthorized platforms like Viagogo, StubHub, or Gigsberg are often sold in direct violation of these terms. Venue staff at King Baudouin Stadium have the right to cancel these tickets or deny entry if the name on the ticket does not match your ID, which happens frequently with speculative tickets.

These are called "Production Holds" and they appear directly on Ticketmaster.be at standard face value. Ticket Transfer is usually disabled until closer to the event date (typically 2-4 weeks before the concert). Be extremely careful buying tickets from individuals on social media before Transfer is active, as they cannot send the ticket to your account yet.
