Brussels TicketGuard is a free information aggregation service. We monitor third-party ticketing platforms and provide alerts when tickets appear to be available.

Important: We do NOT sell tickets directly. We do not handle payments, issue tickets, or manage bookings. All transactions occur on third-party websites (e.g., Ticketmaster, TicketSwap).

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

The accuracy or real-time availability of tickets on third-party sites.
The legitimacy of tickets sold by third parties or individual fans on social media.
The successful purchase of a ticket after clicking an alert link.

4. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Brussels TicketGuard shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Financial loss resulting from purchasing fake or invalid tickets on third-party platforms.
Denied entry to the venue.
Travel or accommodation costs associated with the event.

You assume full responsibility for verifying the authenticity of the seller before making any payment.

5. External Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our service by attempting to scrape our data, attack our servers, or use our alerts to scalp tickets for profit (which is illegal under Belgian law).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the new terms.
